Mom always loved Baileys and this is a wonderful homemade version that she used to make for special occasions.
Jane’s Bristol Cream Liquor
1 14oz can condensed milk
12 oz whipping cream (don’t whip)
3 eggs
1 C Whiskey
1/4 tsp coconut flavoring, may omit if desired
1 1/2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
Put this mixture in the blender and then pour into a large bottle for storage. This mixture will need an undisclosed amount of time to sit in the refrigerator before drinking…I guess that is part of the fun, to figure out through taste tests when it’s ready. The recipe says it will last three weeks once ready. I bet once everyone taste’s it, it wont last that long!
